Corporation Overview

1. The Gyeonggi Transport Corporation(GTRANS), established in December 2020, is the nation’s first province-based public corporation specializing in integrated transport pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance for the Establishment and Operation of the Gyeonggi Transport Corporation.

2. The Gyeonggi Transport Corporation's mission is to expand and efficiently operate the facilities and means of public transportation so that Gyeonggi residents can access convenient and safe transport services.

3. The Gyeonggi Transport Corporation will undertake the unified operation of public transportation, such as buses and subway lines, so that Gyeonggi residents can use public transportation more conveniently.

4. The Gyeonggi Transport Corporation will do its utmost to create a “transport-friendly Gyeonggi Province” through innovation in public transportation services based on public interests.

5. The Gyeonggi Transport Corporation will contribute to making Gyeonggi, the center of the Republic of Korea, a province that offers superior transportation services by communicating and cooperating with its 13.7 million residents.
